We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We have been on a long journey during this COVID- 19 outbreak and want to share some information with you about what we have invested in and implemented into our practice to keep YOU - our valued patients, and our team, safe.
We are excited to announce that our office will begin seeing patients again on Monday, May 11th.
Recommended guidelines from federal and state agencies, as well as the American Dental Association, have been adopted to ensure you have a very comfortable and seamless visit.
To start, we would like to walk you through what to expect when you return to our practice for your dental care appointments:
All patients must answer a Covid-19 Pre-Screening Questionnaire over the phone when confirming your appointment(s). Per state and federal agency recommendations, you also will be asked the same questions in person, upon arrival for your appointment.
All patients must arrive wearing a mask or face covering. If you do not have one, we are happy to provide one to you.
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival using our Touchless Infrared thermometer. If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees, we will reschedule you as a precautionary measure.
We have hand sanitizer throughout our office for your use.
For your safety, our entire team will be wearing masks, including our administrative team.
Our clinical team will be wearing special personal protective equipment for all procedures.
We are excited to share that we have invested in a special air defender unit (https://www.airdefenderiaq.com/) that will be used during your dental treatments to maximize protection.
All treatment rooms, doorknobs, and counters will be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each patient with a medical grade disinfectant. There will no longer be any magazines in our reception area.
For safety reasons, we must minimize the number of people in our reception area at all times and for that reason, we ask that you come alone to your appointments when possible.
