Meet Dr. Fazeli

Dr. Cheyenne Fazeli brings a unique blend of precision, compassion, and expertise to East Valley Dental Care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa before pursuing her passion for dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia, where she earned her dental degree.

Dr. Fazeli is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional care. She takes the time to truly listen to her patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Her dedication to excellence makes her a valued part of our team and a trusted provider for our patients.

Outside the office, Dr. Fazeli enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful children. She loves staying active with hiking and running, embracing the beauty of the outdoors whenever she can.

Meet The Owner, Dr. Davis

Dr. Chase Davis brings a passion for exceptional dentistry and genuine guest relationships to every visit. Originally from Salt Lake City, he earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Utah before attending the renowned Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dentistry is a natural fit for him—combining his passion for hands-on work, precision, and building lifelong relationships with his patients.

At East Valley Dental Care, Dr. Davis is committed to continuing to provide the same care that was provided by the previous owner, Dr. Thompson- care that is not only beautiful but also comfortable and long-lasting. As an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, he stays ahead of the latest advancements to ensure every treatment is as gentle and effective as possible. His philosophy is simple: treat every guest like family. That means proactive, conservative care tailored to each person’s needs.

Outside the office, Dr. Davis stays busy with his wife and three young children. He’s a passionate college football fan (go Buckeyes and Utes!) and enjoys wakeboarding, golfing, and CrossFit.
